2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, stays and services at Rendalen Camping AS, whether made online, by telephone or on site. By making a reservation or using our facilities, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Reservations and payments

• Drop-in pitches (tent, caravan, motorhome) can be used without prior reservation. Payment is made upon arrival.

• Cabins and huts must be reserved in advance. A (partial or full) prepayment is required at the time of booking.

• Seasonal pitches are arranged via a rental contract; payment is made in instalments as agreed.

Payment can be made by card, Vipps, cash or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

Drop-in pitches:
No refunds in case of cancellation or early departure.

Cabins and huts:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund

• Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund

• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund

• No refund in case of early departure

Seasonal pitches:
No refund in case of early termination of the contract.

Paid extras (such as shower cards, washing machine, dryer, consumptions): no refunds.

5. Use of the campsite and facilities

• Guests must use the campsite and facilities with care and avoid causing damage.

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00.

• Pets are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash.

• Open fires are only permitted in designated areas.

• Showers, washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. Purchased cards are non-refundable.

• For late arrivals (after 22:00): contact is only allowed in case of emergency; otherwise guests must report and pay the following day.

6. Liability

• Rendalen Camping AS is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

• Use of the facilities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

• Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors to the campsite’s property or facilities.

• Use of the lavvo is only permitted after reservation and payment. Spontaneous use without reservation is not allowed.

7. CCTV surveillance and license plate registration

The campsite is equipped with CCTV surveillance and license plate registration for safety and access control purposes.

Images and data are used exclusively for security purposes and are not shared with third parties unless legally required.

8. Intellectual property

All texts, photos, logos and other content on the Rendalen Camping website are the property of Rendalen Camping AS and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Changes

Rendalen Camping AS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and rates. The terms applicable at the time of booking will apply to each reservation.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Norway.
