Rendalen Camping Refund Policy

Drop-in pitches (tent, caravan, camper)

• Cancellation before arrival: no refund (drop-in places are intended for short stays and booking is optional).

• In case of early departure during the stay: no refund of paid nights.

Hytter & cabins

• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.

• In case of early departure during the stay: no refund of paid nights.

Permanent seasonal pitches

• The seasonal rate applies for the entire period and will not be adjusted or refunded in the event of premature termination of the contract.

Paid extras

• For services such as shower cards, washing machine/dryer and ordered sandwiches: no refunds.

This policy is intended to provide clarity and simplify administration. Rendalen Camping reserves the right to grant leniency in exceptional circumstances.
