Welcome to Rendalen Camping
We are Sjors and Désirée Pruijsten, together with our daughters Soof and Roos. In 2024, we moved from the Netherlands to the beautiful Rendalen to spend more time with our family, close to nature and away from the hustle and bustle.
Why Rendalen?
Our dream was a life with more peace, space, and togetherness. Rendalen offered us exactly that: expansive forests, mountains, and lakes, as well as a warm community. Here, we found the opportunity to begin a new chapter and let others enjoy this special place.
Our campsite
Rendalen Camping is located directly on Storsjøen, a lake known for its tranquility and beautiful scenery. Our campsite offers:
Drop-in pitches for tents, caravans and campers
Cozy cabins and cabins
Permanent seasonal pitches
A lavvo for special moments
A friendly atmosphere where personal contact is paramount
What we stand for
For us, it's all about conviviality, tranquility, and hospitality. We want everyone to feel welcome – whether you're just stopping by for a night or staying all summer. Sustainability is also important to us: we use solar panels and collaborate with local businesses as much as possible.
